Through her experience as a parent educator and prevention social worker she has researched, created and facilitated numerous personal and professional development programs for a variety of audiences (teachers, administrators, educational assistants, students, parents, community groups). She is the author of Break Free of Parenting Pressures and has published numerous articles in newsletters and local paper.
